A universal torque transducer is a measuring device that converts the rotational force (torque) applied to a shaft or system into an electrical signal that can be quantified and analyzed. These transducers are designed to measure torque in various conditions and applications, providing high precision and versatility.
T40B: Nominal torques from 50Nm up to 10kNm
The T40B excels in its accuracy, reproducibility, and robustness, making it ideal for static and dynamic torque measurement. The torque sensor offers 0.03% accuracy in terms of linearity, including hysteresis, as well as high temperature stability. Combined with the integrated magnetic rotational speed measurement system, it allows for power measurement in the drivetrain. The contactless power supply and digital signal transmission ensure fail-safe and maintenance-free operation. The TIM-EC interface module for EtherCAT and TIM-PN for Profinet ensure maximum performance and high flexibility when integrating torque and rotational speed signals into state-of-the-art test bench systems.
