Therefore, to guarantee transparency in our relationship and keep our customers satisfied, our exchange and return policy is based on the Consumer Protection Code. Thus, if you wish to exchange or return a product, please contact our Customer Service Center within 72 hours of receiving the order.
Please remember that our products do not undergo any alterations at our Distribution Center. They are sent to you exactly as they were delivered to us by the supplier. What we do is check the condition of the products, ensuring they are free of defects and in perfect condition before shipping. It is important that you always check your merchandise upon delivery by the Post Office.
Refuse the product if:
The packaging is open or damaged;
The product does not match the order;
Any accessory is missing.
PRODUCT WITHDRAWAL
If you decide to cancel the purchase, you have up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. The product must be sent in its original packaging, with no signs of use or violation of the original manufacturer's seal, accompanied by the invoice.
EXCHANGE DUE TO INCORRECT MATERIAL SPECIFICATION
Please pay attention to the material specifications advertised in the product description. Make sure you are choosing the correct model; if you have any questions, contact one of our service channels to confirm the chosen model. If a product purchased in our store is not the appropriate model due to a customer error, we ask that you inform us within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, via email: comercial@caboeletro.com to report the occurrence and get clarification.
The exchange will be made for the total value of the returned products. The shipping cost for returning the material, as well as the shipping cost for the new product, will be the buyer's responsibility.
EXCHANGE DUE TO DEFECT
If a product purchased in our store shows a defect after 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, please contact us to report the occurrence and get clarification.
The refund or exchange will be made for the total value of the returned products, plus the shipping cost. Cabo Eletro reserves the right not to fulfill the obligation to cancel or repair any product that shows signs of misuse.
PAYMENT REFUNDS
Regardless of the payment method used, the refund is automatically processed by Cartpanda, but it may take some time for the consumer to receive it.
Credit Card: The amount may take up to two full credit card billing cycles to be processed, depending solely and exclusively on the card-issuing bank.
Pix: The money will be available within 1 business day.
Bank Slip:
