DM705 Series - E1-STM-1 Multiservice Multiplexer
The DM705-SUB is an E1/STM-1 multiplexer for 19-inch racks with 4U
(height units), with flexible mechanics allowing six rack depth adjustments
and reversal of the ears for direct wall mounting.
The DM705-HW2 Midplane is a fully modular E1 multiplexer for 19-inch racks
with 2U (height units).
Fully modular, the DM705-SUB has capacity for up to eight tributaries, two
HS cards, two power supplies, and two CPU cards, while the DM705-HW2 chassis has
capacity for one DM705-CPU34, two power supplies, and housing for 8
expansion cards.
Allows the use of 1 or 2 cards in redundant operation1

The DM705-SUB has 10 slots for cards, two of which are for rates up to 155
Mbit/s (HS slots) and eight compatible with DM705 tributaries;
DM705-HW2 Midplane has 8 slots for cards;

External 2048 kHz clock with input via BNC connector on the CPU card;
