The IC697BEM713 module resides in a single slot and has two connectors: an upper connector for connection to the programming device and a lower connector, which is for a daisy-chain arrangement via BRMs for expansion racks. The bus transmitter module must be configured using the configuration function of the MS-DOS or Windows programming software.
