About this item

New product in manufacturer's box

Model: DFI302 DF58

DFI302 is a key element in the distributed architecture of field control systems. It combines powerful communication features with direct I/O access and advanced control for continuous and discrete applications. Thanks to its modular concept, the DFI302 can be installed in panels in control rooms or in sealed enclosures in the field. It is highly expandable and suitable for small applications and/or large and complex plants.

The DFI302 is a modular multifunction equipment, mounted on a backplane, connected to a DIN rail, where all modules are installed, including the Main (DF50) and Fieldbus (DF52) Power Supplies, Controllers (DF63, DF73, DF95 and DF97) and Line Impedance (DF53). The modules are secured using industrial connectors and a robust metal screw. Optionally, a conventional I/O subsystem, with modules for analog and discrete inputs and outputs, can be connected. Modularity is the key to DFI302's flexibility. Furthermore, considering that all equipment is in modules and on the same backplane, the DFI302 can be considered fully integrated.
