The NI 9225 300 Vrms C Series Voltage Input Module was designed for waveform estimations of high-voltage signals. The difference between the two NI 9225 part numbers is that part number 780159-02 has conformal coating, while part number 780159-01 does not. The 300 Vrms range allows for line-to-neutral and also line-to-line estimations of 110 V control structures, and line-to-neutral estimations of 240 V control networks. The three channels of the NI 9225 make the module ideally suited for a three-phase structure. Voltage waveform estimations are fundamental for observing power quality occurrences, such as sag, swell, transients, and harmonics. If the user chooses to combine the NI 9225 with the NI 9239 (10 V) and a current transducer, the result is an adjustable power quality check or power measurement structure.
NI C Series modules are intended to provide high-accuracy estimations to meet the requests of DAQ and cutting-edge control applications. Each module contains signal molding specific to the estimation to interface with a variety of sensors and signals, bank-to-bank and channel-to-channel isolation alternatives, and support for wide temperature extensions to meet a variety of utilization and natural needs in a durable module. Users can select from more than 100 C Series modules for estimation, control, and communication to interface applications with any sensor in any transport. The device is equipped with a screw terminal front connector.
The NI-9225 C Series Voltage Input Module comes with the following features:
- 3 differential analog input channels, synchronous information sources
- Maximum sampling rate of 50 kS/s per channel and minimum sampling rate of 1.613 kS/s
- Minimum and typical operating voltage ranges of 294 Vrms and 300 Vrms respectively
- Channel-to-channel disconnection
- Synchronize high voltage estimations
- Program for USB with easy-to-use NI-DAQmx driver software
- 24-bit analog input resolution
