The MPE modular progressive distributors are composed of modular elements.
Each distributor comprises operational intermediate sections containing metering pistons of various capacities, fixed to a modular base plate. This, in turn, is formed by three components: an initial section where lubricant is admitted under pressure, a variable number of sub-plates, and a final section.
All modular elements are fixed by bolts and studs with positive sealing ensured by O-rings.
The operational intermediate sections are interchangeable and can be fixed to any sub-plate, accommodating up to 20 points per distributor. If necessary, they can be quickly and easily removed, as all piping is attached to the latter. The modular concept allows for the addition of new sub-plates and intermediate sections, providing an infinitely variable flow rate with metered lubricant quantities. In projects where the "Utility Line" principle is adopted, the initial section can be modified to include the LUBE-BLOQ shut-off valve alongside the modular distributors.
