Microprocessor controllers, 48×96 (1/8DIN) format for the 1200 series and 96×96 (1/4DIN) format for the 1300 series, built with SMT technology. Complete operator interface, protected by a Lexan membrane, ensuring IP65 protection for the front panel. It consists of 4 keys, two displays, a 4-digit green LED display, 4 red indicator lights for the 4 relay/logic outputs, and 3 additional LEDs with programmable function to signal various functional states of the instrument. The main input for the controlled variable is universal and allows connection of various signals: thermocouples, resistance thermometers, thermistors, standardized linear inputs, all with the possibility of adjusting the linearization configured on the front panel. The input type is fully selectable on the front panel and does not require external adapters. A second auxiliary analog input for the current transformer is available. You can choose between two presets, switch between manual and automatic modes, clear the alarm memory, or activate the hold function via digital input. The device provides up to 4 outputs: relay (5A, 250VAC/30VDC cos = 1) or logic (24V 10% (10Vmin at 20mA).

Analog voltage or current output is also available. The functions of each output are freely configurable on the front panel. The serial communication option can be current loop or RS485, with MODBUS RTU protocol and a maximum baud rate of 19200 baud (485). All instrument programming is facilitated by grouping parameters into function blocks (CFG for control parameters, inputs for inputs, outputs for etc.).

The device can also choose which parameters to display based on its hardware configuration, which automatically hides non-essential parameters.

The instrument is supplied complete with an "EASY" configuration that requires only a few parameters (only those related to the ordered model that are necessary for the regulator to function).

This way, you just need to configure the setpoint and alarm, and then start auto-tuning with the appropriate button. For even simpler configuration, you can use a PC programming kit consisting of a cable and a guided program for a Windows environment (see technical data code WINSTRUM).
