Cabo Eletro uses secure payment methods to offer you the best and most protected shopping experience. Below are the conditions and security information regarding payments.

1. Transaction security (SSL / HTTPS)

Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt sensitive information transmitted during your purchase, including payment data. This way, your information remains protected throughout the entire transaction.

You can verify the secure connection by checking the lock icon in your browser's address bar and the address starting with HTTPS.

2. Accepted payment methods

The payment methods currently enabled are shown in Shopify's secure checkout. For domestic (Brazil) purchases, the available methods may include:

• Pix
• Bank slip (boleto)
• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Elo and Diners Club
• Digital wallets

For international purchases:

• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club.

3. Currency

English product pages may show a non-binding USD estimate converted from the BRL list price. Checkout displays and charges the current price in Brazilian Reais (BRL); the currency and final amount shown at checkout are the values used to complete the purchase.

4. Payment approval

Card payments are usually approved instantly. In specific cases, the transaction may be reviewed by the payment or anti-fraud provider enabled at checkout, and approval may take up to 48 hours.

• Pix: confirmed within a few minutes of payment.
• Bank slip (boleto): cleared within up to 3 business days after payment.

Order processing and dispatch only begin after payment confirmation.

5. Installments

Installment options are available at checkout according to the order value. Installments are available for up to 12 instalments on credit cards, with interest starting from the 2nd instalment, as per the table below. The minimum amount per instalment is R$ 5.00. There is no discount for upfront payment via Pix or bank slip.

6. Electronic invoice (NF-e)

After payment is approved, an electronic invoice (NF-e) is issued and accompanies the purchased item.

7. Tax Substitution (ST)

In sales intended for resale, Tax Substitution (ST) may apply, the responsibility of the buyer when due. If you have any questions about the taxation of your order, please contact our team.

8. PCI DSS compliance

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is the information security standard for organizations that process payment card data, defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council to reduce fraud.

Card processing is carried out by the payment providers enabled in Shopify's secure checkout, subject to the applicable PCI DSS security controls.

9. Your payment data

Your full card number is not accessible to Cabo Eletro. Once the purchase is completed, we only have access to billing details, delivery details, order details and the last 4 digits of the card.

We do not rent, sell or share your personal information with third parties for purposes unrelated to completing your purchase. Details on how we collect and use your data are in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the LGPD.
